How to Reserve
To reserve your space either submit your permit request online or complete the Facility Rental Application and send to rentals@rparks.org or drop off at the Clauss Recreation Center.
Rental Fees
Each facility has hourly rental fees depending on residency status and days of the week. Staffing fees will be added to all weekend (Fri-Sun) rentals at Clauss and 10 North, and for any rental that has alcohol or exceeds 100 guests. Additional fees include security deposits, alcohol fees, set up fees, and fees for additional services.
All rentals require a minimum of two weeks notice to reserve.
Payment
Total rental balance must be paid 48 hours after reservation is booked in our system. Failure to pay rental balance will result in loss of reservation. Reservations are completed and processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Refund eligibility is dependent on time of cancellation. View the full refund policy here.
