Bench & Tree Memorials Program
The Roselle Park District’s Memorial Tree and Bench program is a great way to create a special place of remembrance for a loved one while helping to enhance our community parks. Each tree and/or bench is accompanied by a plaque that can be inscribed with a message of your choice.
The Hansen Giving Tree Donation Program
The Roselle Park District installed a 200 leaf Donor Recognition Tree in the lobby of the Clauss Recreation Center in honor of retired Park Board Commissioner, Dave Hansen. The Tree was installed in May of 2022 and has a cast bronze finished trunk and branches with plated brass leaves.
Each leaf can be engraved to honor those who have generously gifted to the Giving Tree Donor Program. Choose to have your name, family name, and/or a special message engraved on a brass leaf, acorn, stone, or mini tree. All leaves will be permanently imprinted and displayed prominently in the lobby to ensure your generosity will be on display for all to see.
Donations received through the program will help fund capital expenditures and improvements at the District. The Giving Tree display will be a long-lasting tribute to the support and generosity of our community.
